Rental/Return Policy

Rental Policy
This is a contract for lease/rental only & not of sale. RENTER acknowledges receipt of the rented items and that Hilton Head Bikes To Go shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of said rented item(s). Renter acknowledges receipt of locks and agrees to lock the bike(s) during any period that the bikes are not being ridden. Hilton Head Bikes To Go strongly encourages the use of safety gear which is the renter’s sole responsibility. Rental equipment shall be operated in a responsible manner at all times. Failure to obey all stipulations in this contract may result in repossession of rental equipment & forfeiture of rental fees.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All orders must be cancelled prior to the day of delivery. Orders may be cancelled on your account, through email or by giving us a call. If you are unsatisfied with your rental equipment, we will make every effort to repair or replace your bikes. If we cannot repair or replace your bikes, we will be willing to grant a refund.

Damages/Loss/Theft

At pickup, Hilton Head Bikes to Go will inspect each piece of equipment rented for damages. RENTER assumes all liability for any damage or loss of these items and agrees to pay Phase Six LLC dba Hilton Head Bikes To Go full retail value of equipment rented, lost, stolen or destroyed.
